How to Make a Claim
If a component fails within its designated warranty window, the item must be returned to AJ Auto Parts for inspection. The cost of return shipping is initially the responsibility of the buyer.
Once received, our team will evaluate the claim. If the defect is approved under this warranty, AJ Auto Parts will, at its discretion, provide one of the following solutions:
Repair the defective item at no charge.
Replace the item with an equivalent product free of charge.
Issue a full refund, which will include a reimbursement for the return freight costs incurred by the customer.
Please Note: If the warranty claim is assessed and denied, the product will be sent back to the customer entirely at the customer’s expense.
Conditions of Eligibility
For this warranty to remain valid, the following criteria must be strictly met:
Professional Installation: The part must be installed by a legally qualified, licensed professional—such as a certified motor mechanic, auto electrician, or smash repairer—with specific experience relevant to the installation scope.
Vehicle Compatibility: The component must be an exact match for the specific make, model, and body variant of the vehicle it was originally purchased for.
Proper Maintenance: All appropriate fluids, oils, and lubricants must be utilized and consistently maintained at the manufacturer-recommended levels.
No Alterations: The product must not have been modified, altered, or tampered with in any capacity prior to or during its use.
Exclusions and Limitations
This warranty is strictly void if product failure is determined to be the result of improper installation, incorrect wiring, neglect, accidents, off-label application, or any form of physical abuse.
Furthermore, AJ Auto Parts accepts no liability for consequential damages, loss of time, loss of personal or business income, or any incidental expenses stemming from a faulty part. We will not reimburse customers for labor costs associated with fitting, removing, or refitting any product.
