Return and Refund Eligibility
30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return, exchange, or store credit.
Item Condition: To receive a full refund or credit, returned products must be completely unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging, including all original documentation and components.
Exclusions: Please note that final sale items, clearance products, and special custom-order parts are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Inspect Your Order: We highly recommend checking your parts as soon as they arrive. Please report any discrepancies, damages, or defects to us within 14 days of delivery.
Filing a Claim: If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact our support team immediately. Provide a brief description of the issue along with clear photographs so we can promptly arrange a replacement or issue a full credit/refund.
How to Initiate a Return

Inspection & Approval: Once your returned item arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, we will send you an email notification regarding your refund status.
Timeline: Approved refunds or account credits will be processed back to your original payment method or business account within 7 to 10 business days.
Product Exchanges
