At AJ Auto Parts, we provide nationwide delivery for all our domestic customers across Australia. International Customers, Please note that overseas orders are subject to separate freight charges based on destination and package size.
Same-Day Dispatch Guarantee
Cut-off Time: Place and finalise your order before 02:00 PM AEST (Monday to Friday).
Dispatch: Your items will be dispatched from our warehouse on the very same day.
Order Tracking & Invoicing
Once your order leaves our warehouse, our dispatch team will email you a Tax Invoice along with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery online in real-time.

Rural & Remote Areas: For your convenience and logistics efficiency, orders will be delivered to your nearest local freight depot.
Unattended Deliveries (Authority to Leave)
Default Policy: Unless you explicitly instruct us otherwise, all our courier partners have an automatic Authority to Leave (ATL) if no one is present at the time of delivery.
Alternative Address: If you know you won’t be available, please provide an alternative delivery address before your order is shipped.
Proof of Delivery: For peace of mind, official proof of delivery is provided by all our shipping carriers.
International Orders
We proudly ship our auto parts worldwide! Because automotive components vary significantly in size and weight, international shipping fees cannot be calculated automatically at checkout.
